Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 leaves savoy cabbage, large
  • 5 slice(s) tomatoes (vine tomatoes), large slices
  • 10 slices of cucumber
  • some pepper
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

To prepare, spread out a savoy cabbage leaf and place a tomato slice inside. Now add two cucumber slices and season with a little salt and pepper. Slowly roll up the savoy cabbage leaf and secure it with a wooden toothpick. Done.
