Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g fruit, e.g. apples, plums, pears
- 15 g spelt flakes
- 15 g spelt flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 15 g almond flour
- 15 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp speculatius spice
- 20 g vegetable margarine, vegan
- 20 ml soy milk (soy drink) or almond milk
- n. B. Soy quark (quark alternative)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wash and clean the fruit, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a medium-sized baking dish. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the margarine and plant-based milk and knead into a crumble. Spread the crumble over the fruit and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve topped with soy curd.
