Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour type 630
- 300 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g protein powder (hemp protein powder)
- 50 g hemp seeds, unpeeled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 12 g dry yeast
- 480 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
with hemp protein and hemp seeds
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the water while stirring. Once the dough is almost smooth, set the mixer to the highest speed and knead the bread dough for 2-3 minutes. Let the dough rise in a warm place for one hour. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Divide the dough in half, knead with a little flour, and place into two Kaiserkuchen pans. Let the bread rise for another 15 minutes, then bake for another 15 minutes. Then turn the oven down to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for another 30 minutes. The bread is ready when it sounds hollow when tapped.
