Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 130 ml espresso
  • 80 g coconut milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brew the espresso and let it cool in the refrigerator. Wash the strawberries, remove the blossoms, and quarter them. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until no lumps remain. Serve with ice cubes, if desired.
