  • 8 Poles White asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable salt
  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half, quarter them and cook them in the water with the vegetable salt. Peel the asparagus and cook in the water, seasoned with the vegetable salt.
  2. Peel and slice the onions.
