  • Sesame oil for frying
  • Ground pepper
  • **************
  • 6 small Waxy potatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 ml Salt
  • 500 ml **************
  • 500 g Green asparagus tips
  • 500 ml. Vegetable broth

Instructions

Potatoes....

  • 1 .... peel, wash and place in the vegetable stock, cook, then drain and leave with the lid closed.

Asparagus tips ...

  • Put in the vegetable stock (you can also use salt), heat slowly, simmer gently for 3 minutes, then just let it steep.

Vegan king prawns ...

  • 3 .... Fry together with the onions in hot sesame oil for about 6 to 10 minutes on all sides and sprinkle well with freshly ground pepper.

Serving ...

  • 4 .... preheat the plates and serve the cooked potatoes on top. Then there are the asparagus tips and the prawns also find a place ... the roasted onions over the potatoes ..... - Bon appetit

My conclusion on these replacement products

  • These vegan king prawns are similar in consistency to squid rings. They taste good fried in onions .... I'll fry them in garlic, unfortunately I have a garlic muffle at home 🙂 An idea would be to soak them in garlic oil for a few hours beforehand and marinate them - so ... me too try, practice and learn new things every day.
