The perfect vegan: king prawns fried in onions on green asparagus tips and potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 2 medium sized Cut onions
- Sesame oil for frying
- Ground pepper

- 6 small Waxy potatoes
- 500 ml Vegetable broth

Potatoes….

- These vegan king prawns are similar in consistency to squid rings. They taste good fried in onions …. I’ll fry them in garlic, unfortunately I have a garlic muffle at home 🙂 An idea would be to soak them in garlic oil for a few hours beforehand and marinate them – so … me too try, practice and learn new things every day.
