Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g peanuts, roasted and salted
- 50 g tomato paste
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- e.g. dried oregano
- e.g. rosemary, dried
- n. B. Thyme, dried
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop or grind the peanuts, depending on your preference. Dice the onion and sauté in coconut oil until translucent. Add the dried herbs and sauté. Then add the tomato paste and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add everything to the peanuts and season with salt and pepper.
