Smoked meat spread with herbs

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g smoked meat, cooked
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp, heaped herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

hearty spread for a party buffet

Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic. Cut the smoked meat into large pieces. Finely mince everything in a food processor along with the herbs. Then mix well with cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tip: Goes well with all hearty breads and pastries.
