Vegan: Vegetable Pan Really Colorful
The perfect vegan: vegetable pan really colorful recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 500 g Brown mushrooms
- Cleaned + cut
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh + cut
- 1 Red Cut peppers
- 1 medium sized Sliced zucchini
- 10 g Coconut oil
- Brown the spring onions in the coconut oil, add the cleaned and cut mushrooms, season with vegetable salt and fry well.
- Add the boiled rice (which I cooked in a vegetable broth beforehand) and sear it.
- Then add the sliced zucchini and peppers. Round everything off with fresh pepper and, if you have, sprinkle a good portion of herbs over it.
Recommended side dish
- There were eggplant slices fried in coconut oil.
