- Vegetable margarine
- 16 tan Mushrooms
- 4 piece Carrots
- 1 handful Sugar snap
- 2 cups Cooked rice

Preparations
- Brush the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel and wash the carrots and thinly slice lengthways with a peeler. Wash the snow peas and cut roughly 1 x across. Now wash and cut the leek. The rice should be cooked and ready …
