Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 25 g cashew nuts or almonds
  • 25 g short grain rice
  • 200 g water
  • 10 g sunflower oil, cold pressed
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of rock salt
  • 1 tsp blue clover

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Then bring the mixture to a boil in a saucepan to thicken. This yogurt substitute can be stored in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator and processed like regular yogurt.
