Vegetable broth concentrate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 200 g parsley
  • 200 g celery
  • 200 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and wash all ingredients, and roughly chop with a knife. Then gradually chop finely in a blender (or food processor). Mix everything well, pour into jars with screw lids, and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for about six months. If needed, add a tablespoon (or more, depending on your taste) to boiling water to make a vegetable broth that can serve as the basis for a soup. You can also use the concentrate to flavor a stew.
