Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g mixed vegetables as desired, frozen
- 200 g cream cheese, 5% fat
- 80 g oat flakes
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- breadcrumbs
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Roughly chop the vegetables (this works best in a blender when thawed), mix with the other ingredients, and season with salt. Form burgers (not too thick), coat in breadcrumbs, or even batter them with egg and fry in oil.
