Vegetable chopping pot with wild rice
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 kl. Can Tomatoes, seasoned in pieces
- 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
- 2 Pinches Raw cane sugar
- Salt, gourmet pepper
- Thyme, sep.
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Bell pepper, green
- 1 bag Wild rice
Vegetable chopping pot with wild rice
- Peel the onion and the clove of garlic, put them in the lightning chopper, finely chop. Pour rapeseed oil into a saucepan, heat up. Add the finely chopped, sauté. Then add ground beef and fry until crumbly. Then add the chunky tomatoes, tomato paste, raw cane sugar, salt, gourmet pepper and thyme.
- Stir and allow to continue cooking. In the meantime, put on the wild rice and cook according to the instructions. Peel the carrots, cut them into small pieces and also put them in the blitz chopper, chop. Do the same with the peppers. Then put both in the pot and stir in.
- Take a deep, small bowl / bowl and serve immediately with the wild rice and the vegetable chopping pot. Garnish with the stalk of parsley.
