Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g soup vegetables, frozen
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g soy cream (soy cream cuisine)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Place the broth and vegetables in a saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for another 2 minutes. Then serve.
