Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g whole wheat spaghetti
- 200g tofu
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- some chili powder
- garlic powder
- Paprika powder
- turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the broth in a large pan. Add the noodles and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finely chop the tofu and add it along with the peas. Stir in the soy sauce and season to taste. Serve.
