Vegetable Doner Kebab
The perfect vegetable doner kebab recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Flatbread
- 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Size Onion
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 1 a cup Brunch tomato ricotta
- 2 tbsp 8 Kräutermischung TK
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Oil
- Peel the onions and sauté in the oil until translucent, clean the peppers and zucchini, add to the onion and cook until they are almost cooked.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, dice the tomatoes and add everything to the remaining vegetables, season everything with the spices, add the herb mixture and cook until done.
- Stir in the brunch and tomato paste and bring to the boil.
- Bake the flatbread in the oven until crispy brown, cut into four parts and cut pockets into the bread, fill the vegetables into the flatbread pockets and serve.
