Turkey – doner kebab
Marinate
- 500 g Turkey breast
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Rapeseed oil to taste
- Marjoram dried to taste
- Thyme dried to taste
- Sweet paprika powder to taste
- Dried oregano to taste
- Rosemary dried to taste
Mini Romana Salad
- 1 Carrot
- Water to your taste
- Rapeseed oil to taste
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- Thyme vinegar to taste

- *Tsatsiki Low Carb
- 1 Cup Rice
- 4 cups Water
Marinate
- Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel and squeeze the garlic clove. Then add the dried spices, lemon peel and rapeseed oil one after the other. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

- Rinse the mini romana salad, shake dry and cut into strips. Put in a deep plate. Wash the carrot, pat dry and cut into slices, add. Mix together a sauce made of water, rapeseed oil & thyme vinegar, salt and gourmet pepper and pour into the deep plate. Let it stir.
Roasting & serving
- Put on the rice and cook according to the instructions. Now put the marinated meat strips in a coated pan without any fat. Now fry the whole thing all around until it turns a nice brown color. Take several flat plates and first put the cooked rice in the middle, spread the salad all around.
- Then place the fried meat strips in the middle and on top and also distribute the * Tsatsiki – Low Carb on top, serve immediately.
