Strawberry on Coconut
The perfect strawberry on coconut recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
coconut cream
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 250 g Turkish yogurt 10%
- 3 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 7 sheet Gelatin
Strawberries
- 500 g Strawberries
- Cointreau
- Possibly sugar

- Soak the gelatine in cold water. Warm the coconut milk together with the sugar, do not boil. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it and stir well. Let the mixture cool down a little.
- When you notice that the mixture is starting to gel, stir in the yoghurt, pour into dessert bowls and let it sit in the refrigerator.
Strawberries.
- Rinse and clean the strawberries briefly. Quarter 400 g of the strawberries. Puree 100 g of the strawberries with a dash of Cointreau. If you like, you can add some powdered sugar here. I skipped it because the strawberries were so sweet that any added sugar would have been overkill.
- Pour the pureed strawberries over the quartered strawberries and mix briefly once. Cool a little.

- To serve, pour the marinated strawberries over the coconut cream.
