          • Now pluck the seasoned ground beef that was pushed aside and place a little on the seasoned veal. Then again cut veal slices, season, shredded ground beef. Keep doing until nothing is left. Last layer is veal.
          • Now the whole thing is wrapped tightly and tightly. Put the meat roll in the freezer. Preferably overnight or if you want to eat it today, leave it in for 2 to 3 hours.
