Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the dill. Set aside 2 sprigs for later garnish. Pat the dill dry with a paper towel or kitchen roll. Pluck the dill from the stem and chop finely. Peel the cucumber and slice it. Reserve 2 slices for garnish. Then finely puree the cucumber slices, dill, tomato juice, and carrot juice. Season with cayenne pepper, salt, and 2-3 drops of Tabasco. Pour the drink into 2 large glasses and garnish with cucumber slices and dill sprigs.
