– the best!
Mix the flour with the dry yeast, a pinch of salt, sugar, and pizza seasoning. Knead into a nice dough with 5 tablespoons of olive oil and the water. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Finely dice the onion and garlic, fry them in a little olive oil in a pan, but don’t let them brown, then deglaze with a splash of white wine (just in case, try a sip yourself to test if the wine tastes good!). Then add the passata, bring to a boil, and season everything with salt, pepper, soup mix (optional), pizza seasoning, and oregano. Deseed and dice the bell peppers, slice the mushrooms, salami, and mozzarella (you can opt for ham and a few slices of bacon instead of salami). Divide the dough in half or thirds. Roll out each portion of dough thinly and place it on a baking sheet. Spread with the sauce, sprinkle with the diced bell peppers, then add the salami, then the mushrooms, mozzarella, and pizza cheese. Finally, sprinkle with another pinch of pizza seasoning. Bake in the oven at 190°C for 20-30 minutes.
