Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt, 1.5% – better still 0.1%)
  • 150 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

low fat – enough for 9 pieces

Combine sugar, vanilla yogurt, egg, flour, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a prepared muffin tin. Bake for approximately 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
