- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 roll of topping dough
- 50 g Parmesan, grated or other grated cheese
- Spice(s) of your choice

You will need 20 wooden skewers. Peel the carrots. Use a vegetable peeler to cut thin strips from the carrots and zucchini. Cut the puff pastry widthwise into approximately 2 cm wide strips. Sprinkle the strips with grated cheese and top each puff pastry strip with a strip of carrot and a strip of zucchini. Season to taste, e.g., with chili or curry. Roll up the strips and secure with a wooden skewer. Bake the skewers in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown. Makes approximately 20 lollipops.
