- 0,5 Old bun
- 150 g Frozen mixed vegetables
- Salt
- 250 g Minced meat
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Caraway seeds
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- Pepper and salt
- 130 g Potatoes
- 1 Egg
- Pepper and nutmeg
- Cook the mixed vegetables in boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain and drain. Soak the rolls. Peel onion and chop finely.
- Squeeze out the buns. Mix with the minced meat, onion, egg, caraway seeds and cinnamon. Season with pepper and salt. Mix in the vegetables. Put in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes. Mix with egg and season with pepper and nutmeg. Distribute on the mince. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
