Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 60 g beans, green, cooked
  • 120 g corn, from the can
  • 150 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 g cheese, light, grated
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • some salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

WW suitable, for 12 pieces

Dice the bell peppers and chop the beans. Place them in a bowl along with the drained corn. Combine the butter, egg, and milk and mix with the vegetables. Mix with the cheese, flour, baking powder, and spices to form a batter. Fill into muffin tins and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. 3.50 FP per piece.
