Vegetable Noodle Super Tasty and Quick
The perfect vegetable noodle super tasty and quick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 2 medium sized Carrots
- 1 thick rod Leeks / leeks
- 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 Becker Cream
- 1 toe Garlic
- 3 fresh Sage leaves
- 400 g Linguine
- 1 pinch Salt and colored pepper
- 1 tablespoon Freshly grated Parmesan
- A quick meal with a big impact. Cooking linguine more than al dente.
- In the meantime, cook 1/4 liter of vegetable stock. I have Tellofix. You can also use a stock cube if you want.
- Wash and peel the vegetables, cut into spaghetti with a spiral cutter. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Cut the garlic into small pieces.
- Fry everything in a pan so lightly that the vegetables are still firm to the bite.
- When done, add the linguine to the pan, mix in the vegetable stock, then add the cream. Add a little plucked sage leaves. Season with salt and pepper as you like. Finished
