Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large zucchini
- 6 thick carrots
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- 250 g shrimp(s)
- 200 g cream cheese (paprika cream cheese)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp ajvar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
First, boil the tagliatelle in salted water. Meanwhile, rinse the zucchini and carrots and slice them thinly with a vegetable peeler. Sauté them in a large pot for about 5 minutes, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Add the pasta and shrimp and sauté for another 10 minutes. Finally, add the cream cheese and ajvar and mix well.
