Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g spelt flour or wheat flour
- 100 g whole grain oat flakes
- 100 g spelt rice (spelt, milled)
- 80 g flaxseed
- 80 g chia seeds
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 600 ml water, lukewarm
- oatmeal
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
quick, healthy, easy, from a loaf pan
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the lukewarm water and vinegar. Knead everything thoroughly and then pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Of course, you can grease the pan generously, but I prefer to use baking paper. Finally, sprinkle some oatmeal on top. Bake the bread at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. My specifications for this recipe were that it had to be quick, simple, and, of course, healthy. The bread tastes simply amazing, even after five days.
