Sweet rose petal butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 4 tbsp, stalked rose petals, freshly harvested, from unsprayed roses
  • 1 tsp, levelled powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Bring the butter to room temperature. Cut the rose petals into strips with scissors. Gently mix with the room-temperature butter and powdered sugar, shape into a roll, and wrap in cling film until thoroughly chilled in the refrigerator. Then serve sliced. Perfect with brioche or croissants.
