Ingredients
 

  • 1 handful frozen - mixed vegetables
  • Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Parsley crispy fresh

Instructions
 

  • Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain and drain well.
  • Mix the eggs with the mineral water and parsley. Season with pepper and salt. Melt butter in a pan. Put the egg in the pan. Spread the vegetables on top. Put a lid on the pan and let the egg set.
  • Let the omelette slide onto a plate. Garnish with a little parsley ... and let taste ... 😉
