Vegetable Omelette …
The perfect vegetable omelette … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Handful Tk – mixed vegetables
- Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 50 Milliliters Natural carbonated mineral water
- 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
- Pepper and salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Parsley crispy fresh
- Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain and drain well.
- Mix the eggs with the mineral water and parsley. Season with pepper and salt. Melt butter in a pan. Put the egg in the pan. Spread the vegetables on top. Put a lid on the pan and let the egg set.
- Let the omelette slide onto a plate. Garnish with a little parsley … and let taste … 😉
