Vegetable Omelette …

The perfect vegetable omelette … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Handful Tk – mixed vegetables
  • Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 Milliliters Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Parsley crispy fresh
  1. Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain and drain well.
  2. Mix the eggs with the mineral water and parsley. Season with pepper and salt. Melt butter in a pan. Put the egg in the pan. Spread the vegetables on top. Put a lid on the pan and let the egg set.
  3. Let the omelette slide onto a plate. Garnish with a little parsley … and let taste … 😉
