Hearty variety for the palate
Wash, trim, and prepare the vegetables. Then add the carrots and Brussels sprouts to a large pot of boiling salted water. After 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli, kohlrabi, peas, and celery and cook for another 5 minutes. Drain the vegetables, rinse with cold water, and let them drain well. Pour the oil into a pan and briefly fry the vegetables. Now add the finely chopped garlic cloves and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and serve. I like to serve this vegetable stir-fry with fish, such as cod or salmon fillet. Of course, you can vary the vegetables.
