Vegetable pan with chicken thighs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ½ zucchini
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 chicken leg
  • Chicken seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onions and vegetables, and quarter the mushrooms. First, fry the onions in a pan with a little butter. Then add the peppers and zucchini. Sauté until they start to brown. Finally, add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. I seasoned a chicken thigh and fried it in a separate pan.
