Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g pork or poultry
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 1 large vegetable onion(s)
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 tsp, heaped herbs, Italian
- 200 g peas, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the pork or poultry into thin strips. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add the meat, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brown well on all sides and remove. Cut the bell peppers into strips, the onions into rings, and the mushrooms into slices. Heat the remaining oil in the pan, add the onions, and sauté until translucent. Add the meat and bell pepper strips, mushrooms, and herbs, and braise for about 10 minutes. Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and serve.
