Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g potatoes
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 150 g celeriac
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp herbs, chopped, fresh
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • Pinch(s) of salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Potato pancakes differently

Peel and finely grate or dice the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion, and mix. Stir in the flour, eggs, herbs (to taste), crème fraîche, and seasoning. Season to taste and fry in a little oil, tablespoon at a time, until golden brown on both sides.
