Vegetable Pancakes

The perfect vegetable pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Wheat flour
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Corn
  • 150 g Peas
  • 0,5 piece Zucchini
  • 2 piece Potatoes
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 2 piece Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Peanut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Nutmeg
  • Clarified butter
  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Scrape out the brown inside of the mushrooms. Roughly dice together with the rest of the vegetables and mix into a pulp.
  2. Mix the eggs, milk and flour with the oil and stir in the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, a little nutmeg. Heat the pan and bake in clarified butter.
  3. Eat like it or with sour cream.
