Vegetable Pancakes
The perfect vegetable pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Wheat flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Corn
- 150 g Peas
- 0,5 piece Zucchini
- 2 piece Potatoes
- 2 piece Carrots
- 2 piece Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Peanut oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Nutmeg
- Clarified butter
- Peel the potatoes and carrots. Scrape out the brown inside of the mushrooms. Roughly dice together with the rest of the vegetables and mix into a pulp.
- Mix the eggs, milk and flour with the oil and stir in the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, a little nutmeg. Heat the pan and bake in clarified butter.
- Eat like it or with sour cream.
