Ingredients
- 40 g Green peas canned
- 10 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 20 g Rice
- 0,5 Pc. Egg
- 100 ml Water
- 30 g Carrot
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 50 g Paprika
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 Pc. Spring onion
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Bring the peas, rice and water to a boil and puree after cooking. Dice the vegetables. Cut the spring onion into fine rings. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. A pancake batter should be created. Fry 2 tablespoons in a pan to make a small pancake.
- Tip 2: If the dough is too runny, just add a little more flour.
