Ingredients
 

  • 40 g Green peas canned
  • 10 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 20 g Rice
  • 0,5 Pc. Egg
  • 100 ml Water
  • 30 g Carrot
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 50 g Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Pc. Spring onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Bring the peas, rice and water to a boil and puree after cooking. Dice the vegetables. Cut the spring onion into fine rings. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. A pancake batter should be created. Fry 2 tablespoons in a pan to make a small pancake.
  • Tip 2: If the dough is too runny, just add a little more flour.
