Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 red pepper(s), quartered
- 1 yellow bell pepper(s), quartered
- 1 green bell pepper(s), quartered
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion), roughly diced
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 small eggplant(s)
- 1 point sheep’s cheese
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
- oregano
- Thyme
- marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Ideal for grilling
Marinate the vegetables with spices and olive oil. Then prepare small aluminum foil packets and fill them with the ingredients. Grill for about 30 minutes.
