Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 50 g bell pepper, frozen, cut into strips
- oil
- 250 g carrot(s), finely grated
- 100 g cheese, (goat cheese) finely grated
- ½ tsp paprika granules
- 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
- 2 tsp herbal salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste, add
- 2 cup(s) brown rice, cooked (1 cup raw)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp brown rice or ground buckwheat
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
gluten-free + cow’s milk-free
Heat the oil, briefly fry the onion and frozen bell pepper strips. Mix all ingredients together, from the carrots to the flour. Heat the oil, form small flatbreads/balls from the dough with wet hands, and fry on both sides over medium heat. My own recipe
