Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g strawberries
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 sheets of red gelatin (white also works)
- 2 egg whites
- 5 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml cream

low in calories, but still fruity and delicious
Wash, stem, and dice the strawberries. Puree 350g with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, straining if desired (if the seeds bother you, I skip this step!). Heat the remaining lemon juice and dissolve the softened, squeezed-out gelatin in it. Mix with the strawberry puree and chill for about 40 minutes. Whip the egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the cream, then the beaten egg whites, into the strawberry mixture. Chill for another 3 hours.
