Vegetable Pizza with Chorizo

  • 300 g Flour
  • 20 g Yeast fresh
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 125 ml Lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 80 g Chorizo ​​sausage
  • 1 small Zucchini fresh
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 100 g Red leavened sweet peppers
  • 200 g Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 50 g Black pitted olives
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • 0,5 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in 125 ml of lukewarm water, add to the flour with salt and olive oil and knead everything into a smooth yeast dough. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. until the volume has doubled.
  2. Wash the zucchini, clean and cut into small cubes. Quarter the pepper, clean, wash and cut into thin strips. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise for another 10 minutes. Spread the pizza tomatoes on the dough, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Spread the chorizo ​​on the dough. Place the zucchini, paprika strips, pickled peppers and olives on the dough. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the pizza.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese runs well and is browned. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
