Vegetable Pizza
The perfect vegetable pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 450 g Flour
- 1 P Dry yeast
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 200 ml Warm water
For covering:
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- 500 g Broccoli
- 3 Paprika
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 200 g Grated cheese
For the dough:
- Sift the flour into a bowl.
- Add yeast and mix.
- Add oil, salt, sugar and water and knead everything well.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until it has visibly enlarged.
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
For covering:
- Put tomatoes in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and oregano, stir and spread on the dough.
- Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the paprika into strips, drain the mushrooms. Spread everything on the dough.
- Scatter grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
