Vegetable Pizza

The perfect vegetable pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 450 g Flour
  • 1 P Dry yeast
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 200 ml Warm water

For covering:

  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 3 Paprika
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 200 g Grated cheese

For the dough:

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Add yeast and mix.
  3. Add oil, salt, sugar and water and knead everything well.
  4. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until it has visibly enlarged.
  5. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet.

For covering:

  1. Put tomatoes in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and oregano, stir and spread on the dough.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the paprika into strips, drain the mushrooms. Spread everything on the dough.
  3. Scatter grated cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
