Vegetable Pizza with Salami
The perfect vegetable pizza with salami recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Flour
- 0,5 cube Yeast fresh
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 125 ml Lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 g Finely grated mountain cheese
- 100 g Pizza tomatoes
- 8 Stalk Marjoram fresh
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 medium sized Zucchini fresh
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 60 g Salami
- Wash tomatoes and courgettes and cut into slices. Halve the peppers, remove the kernels, cut the peppers into strips. Finely grate the mountain cheese. Cut the salami into strips. Pick the majora leaves from the stalks and coarsely chop half.
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in 125 ml of lukewarm water, add to the flour with the salt and olive oil and knead everything into a smooth yeast dough. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until the volume has doubled.
- Cut the dough in half and place on 2 silicone baking molds (25 cm diameter) and spread the dough with your hands from the inside out. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Let rise again for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the pizza tomatoes on each dough. Top with tomato slices, zucchini slices, paprika strips, salami strips and chopped marjoram. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. Until the cheese runs well and is browned. Serve garnished with the remaining marjoram.
