Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 7 Carrots
- 0,5 Cauliflower
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
- 0,5 Paprika
- 2 Sausages
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Carrots, I had a dark variety, peel potatoes and kohlrabi. Quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water.
- Cut the kohlrabi into thin slices, cut the paprika into small pieces and sauté in butter with the carrots.
- Divide cauliflower into florets, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and fry separately in butter.
- Fry the sausages in oil. ready and serve.
