Ingredients
 

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 7 Carrots
  • 0,5 Cauliflower
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 0,5 Paprika
  • 2 Sausages
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Carrots, I had a dark variety, peel potatoes and kohlrabi. Quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water.
  • Cut the kohlrabi into thin slices, cut the paprika into small pieces and sauté in butter with the carrots.
  • Divide cauliflower into florets, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and fry separately in butter.
  • Fry the sausages in oil. ready and serve.
