- 2 Pangasius fillets
- 1 can Unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 Carrot
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Yellow curry paste
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Clarified butter
- Cut the carrots into small strips and fry in oil, add the spring onions and the garlic, sprinkle with turmeric and sweat the curry paste well.
- Top up everything with the coconut milk and season with the other ingredients.
- Salt and pepper the fish in flour and fry in hot clarified butter.
