  • 1 Can Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 bunch Spring onion rod
  • 2 toes Garlic
  • 1 El Turmeric
  • 1 Tl Yellow curry paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 El Flour
  • Oil
  • Clarified butter
  1. Cut the carrots into small strips and fry in oil, add the spring onions and the garlic, sprinkle with turmeric and sweat the curry paste well.
