Vegetable rice pan with Nuremberg sausages

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 130 g Basmati
  • 8 small sausages (Nuremberg sausages)
  • 350 g vegetables (frozen pan-fried vegetables)
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare basmati rice as usual according to the package instructions. Cut the Nuremberg sausages into pieces and sizzle them with the stir-fried vegetables in a hot pan over medium heat for about 20 minutes (until the sausage pieces are nicely browned). Garnish with parsley. Arrange on plates and serve.
