Ingredients
- 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
- 4 Potatoes
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 300 g Kassel roast salmon
- 300 g Plate lentils
- 2 L Broth

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, carrots, leek and celery, cut into small pieces, wash in a sieve and prepare
- Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it into small pieces and serve as well
- Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes and cut the smoked salmon into small cubes
- Fry the onions in a little fat with the diced smoked pork in a large saucepan
- Add the vegetables and sauté briefly
- Deglaze with the stock and add the lentils
- Let the whole simmer for about 45 minutes, season with a little pepper and salt and stir in the chopped parsley
