Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 300 g Kassel roast salmon
  • 300 g Plate lentils
  • 2 L Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes, carrots, leek and celery, cut into small pieces, wash in a sieve and prepare
  • Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it into small pieces and serve as well
  • Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes and cut the smoked salmon into small cubes
  • Fry the onions in a little fat with the diced smoked pork in a large saucepan
  • Add the vegetables and sauté briefly
  • Deglaze with the stock and add the lentils
  • Let the whole simmer for about 45 minutes, season with a little pepper and salt and stir in the chopped parsley
