Vegetable soup with noodles and turkey

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg soup vegetables, frozen
  • 250 g spaghetti (fork spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (soup seasoning, homemade)
  • 1 kg turkey meat
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces. Add the vegetables and the soup seasoning to 3 liters of boiling salted water. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Add the meat, pasta, turmeric, pepper, and olive oil and cook for another 15 minutes.
