Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • ¾ liter of water
  • Broth, granulated
  • 250 g turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onion, dice finely, and fry in butter. Wash, peel, and finely dice the carrots and potatoes, then fry them with the potatoes. Trim the leek, halve it lengthwise, wash it, and cut it into fine half rings. Add it to the pot and fry briefly. Deglaze the vegetables with water and season with salt, pepper, and stock. Cook in a regular pot for 7-10 minutes; in a pressure cooker, cook for 3-5 minutes using the first ring and without the insert. Pat the turkey meat dry with a paper towel and cut into strips. Toss in soy sauce, let it marinate for about 5 minutes, then fry in oil until golden brown. Add to the vegetables before serving and season the stew generously with salt and pepper.
