Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 4 large carrots
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 kohlrabi
- 1 onion(s)
- 20 g butter
- 2 Cabanossi (poultry)
- ¼ liter vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp herbs, frozen 8-herb mix
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the Cabanossi, potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi, and onion into pieces. Melt the butter in a large pot, fry the diced Cabanossi until crisp, and remove. Briefly fry the onion in the fat, then add all the other vegetables and fry briefly. Now pour in the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste. Add the Cabanossi and finish with the herbs for a final touch.
